Other: George Saliday told me I had to move from 'his' city owned sidewalk as me standing and speaking with one other person on said sidewalk was 'causing a hazard'. I would like an explanation as to the city law or rule prohibiting persons from conversing in a stationary manner while on a city sidewalk. I would also like to understand why a non law enforcement public employee is enforcing directives of the public and why he was wearing no identification. Thank you.
