Other: Alley is significantly eroded, making passage impossible. Vehicles cannot pass because one side is at least 6 inches lower than the other. For me, this means I cannot use my garage because the access is on the alley (715 West 13thStreet). The impassable part of the alley is north of 12th Street running parallel toFairview and Maple, which it lies between.
