Other: Maybe I need the dept. of health. The house at 810 S. Parkway Dr. has a garage full of trash. Animal control has a case on this woman and the hse. has been checked according to my neighbor by APS but the GARAGE is full of pure trash. I saw a mouse or rat run across the driveway last week which her cat was chasing. I bought my home across from her in April and NOT ONCE has this woman put trash out EVER. This is a fire and health problem. Thank you. If I had the technology, I would send you a picture. Please help if you can. Thank You.
