Paul Chasteen @ CBU tv'd the sewer line and found no problem with the Citys storm drain. I called the customer and notified her and gave her Street departments phone number.

Sewer Problems (Storm Sewers):
Other: I own the property at 809 S. Fess. The sidewalk in the front of 809 S. Fess is sinking in right above where the storm drain runs underneath it. There is a crack where you can see a huge cavity opened up under the sidewalk. I am afraid it may cave in. The storm drain must be leaking under there. Please check it out. Thank You!
