City of Bloomington, Indiana

closed: Resolved #146922

Excessive Growth:

Other: The Park on Morton complex has a sidewalk from the northeast corner of the lot that leads down to College Avenue. Not only does this sidewalk not have lighting along it's path, but it is covered by debris which could cause injury. The last level of steps has tall grass that has not been cut (6 inches and growing), nor has the sidewalk been cleared of debris leading to College Avenue. Also, near the bottom of the steps there is a dead tree above it that come the next rain/storm could injure someone. The property management team seems to "forget" about the additional property they built on, which includes the hill behind the buildings and between the sidewalk and train tracks. If the city could please assist in having this area of the property maintained properly by the property owners, it is appreciated.
