Spoke with constituent. Retaining wall is on her property making it outside of the jurisdiction of the city. I explained that a structural engineer could help her with her issue.

Other: I wondered if a City Engineer could take a look at the wall in my backyard. It is a retainer wall for Henderson. It is showing signs of buckling. I think it might be a safety issue.
