Other: North Union and East 10th St traffic signal does not work properly causing major traffic backups to east bound vehicles traveling on 10th street. I was curious as to when this will be fixed. In fact I have several questions regarding the traffic signals along 10th st including Jordan Ave, N Woodlawn Ave, and Indiana Ave.
