This was neighbors arguing. The property did have some limbs that possible fell during a storm. Owner said the fema gave them money to fix the structure. I dindt see anything that I could do. area was cleaned. Trash complaints for 53 were not valid. I spoke to the owner and they cleaned up the cans right away.
