Visited the site early mid and late week no evidence found of yard sales.

Other: at the corner of Smith road and Morningside drive (sw corner), an empty house is being used as a weekly site for a huge yard sale. it is clear that the items are being brought to the location. traffic is a mess and this already busy intersection.
