Other: There is a bicycle at the North West corner of the intersection of 1st and Fess streets that appears to be abandoned. The rear wheel is bent such that it appears to be inoperable and it has been locked to the sign post at that location for a few weeks now. Thank you for your assistance in removing this abandoned bicycle! :)
