From complaint email: "My neighbors' backyard at 1205 S. Lincoln is regularly strewn with garbage and is an eyesore as well as an attraction for vermin. It has been this way for months. I don't know whether it's a rental property, but it likely is. Sometimes they seem to burn their garbage rather than have it picked up. Could someone come out and take a look?"
