Phone Call: Mr Williams left a voice message for me on 8/14/15 regarding drainage in the back yard area of his neighborhood.

I called Mr Williams back and explained there is a large drainage easement behind his home to "protect" the area but is not the responsibility of CBU to maintain. I informed him he could perform his own maintenance as long as flow is not restricted or interrupted.
