Other: Hello, there is a large dead tree down in the residential neighborhood of Woolery Woods (picture attached). The property is located at the intersection of Countryside Lane and Star View Lane. The tree fell during a storm earlier this spring. The downed tree is located on a green space property that is owned and maintained by the developer, Arthur Management. There is no building structure on the property, but it is adjacent to multiple homes. I believe Municipal Code 6.06.020 (Deposit of Garbage) requires the property owner to dispose of the dead tree and the associated yard waste. Neighbors in our Neighborhood Association have attempted to contact Mr. Arthur, but he has been unresponsive to our requests. Thank you for any assistance the city may provide with helping to improve the aesthetics of our neighborhood.
