just found out bike rack belongs to chipotle. may ask them if we can replace it with our bike loops. waiting for answer from city bosses.

bike rack will have to be posted for no use. bikes would have to be removed. what happens if owner is gone for a week. after getting painted can not use for two more days paint has to cure. after all that rack will be all scratched up from bike locking devices within a week. rack should be replaced with loops. waiting for what bosses what to do.
