Traffic Signals:
Other: The northbound traffic signal at Rogers and Patterson/Grimes Ln seems awfully short all of a sudden. During morning rush hour, around 5 cars can get through going north. The east-west signal seems to be around 3 times as long. Has something been changed recently? Thanks for any information you can provide.
