After talking with citizen, this is actually request for traffic calming. P&T will gather speed data and then evaluate further.

Spoke with citizen on phone. Primary concern is speeding on the street (which then leads to other concerns such as cyclists crossing at 7th). I explained that we likely would not use stop signs as traffic calming, but that we could evaluate the speeds on the street and consider other traffic calming options.
