Other: I seem to remember that when the traffic light was installed on Walnut Street at Smith Avenue it should have only turned red for Walnut when activated by pedestrian or vehicular traffic on Smith Avenue. I don't know if that designation changed or if there is an equipment malfunction, but for the past few weeks the light has been cycling on it's own with no traffic of any kind present on Smith Avenue.
