Other: Traveling south on N Indiana Ave from E 13th St, the speed limit sign says 30 MPH.Traveling north on N Indiana Ave from E 10th St, the speed limit sign says 25 MPH. Are they both right (30 MPH southbound & 25 MPH northbound) or is one of them wrong? I didn't think you could have two different speeds on the same section of road.
