Other: Car parked in the gravel area is parked illegally. We have had issues with people parking in this spot even though it is not a legal parking zone. I have spoken with parking enforcement before and they confirmed that this is indeed not a legal parking zone and they have ticketed before. Recently people have been parking there on a regular basis. This is the lot behind 728 E Atwater. Accessible off of S Park.
