Other: Got this in an email from the local resident. It is about 805 N. Lincoln. They appreciate the police following up on the noise. I've reminded them to contact you directly. Now if we could get the city HAND department and the landlord to do something about the piles of trash outside that house...it stinks all the way to the street. Always something.

Have ticketed this house and tenant came in and paid ticket. Went by today and trash was still on ground. Gave last warning and indicated so on ticket. Told them tomorrow's ticket would be $100. Will follow up tomorrow with escalating fines if not complied.
