Street cut for sewer repair was never patched. It has now been patched.

Potholes, Other Street Repair:
Other: A repair in the street is half completed on W 16th street between Madison and Jackson. The gravel that was meant to be temporary has washed leaving a dangerous hole. Please have someone refill the hole with gravel or complete the repair.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 17 days have already passed.

This appears to be related to a sewer repair back in September. I have spoken with the responsible party and it will be dealt with as soon as possible.
