Other: Meters, Today is government holiday so I thought the meters would be off. However I found it wasn't the case. Some meters read "free parking" and some read the regular about and running times. I wanted to check to see if your website mention that the meters were running the webpage cited the holidays and dates the meters were off but today wasn't mentioned. I paid $3.00 just to be safe because I rather pay now than have a $50 tickets. However I feel that the meter should be constant and that you web page give a clear answer.
