Other: I just contacted Bloomington Transit, but wanted to report to the city Transportation department as well. I driver I saw a few weeks ago littering his cigarette butt at the downtown BT station, was seen eating while driving today. Below is the email I sent to BT. I hope this driver is properly trained and/or reprimanded. This is unacceptable from anyone, but especially someone representing the city. "Hello, Do you allow your drivers to eat food while they drive? I assume not; this is a major safety risk that a bus driver should not be doing. However, the driver of 4W, today, October 14, leaving downtown at 6:10p was eating chips WHILE he was driving. Not just while stopped at lights, but as the bus was in motion, having at least only one hand on the wheel while transporting 10-15 people during rush hour. I believe this is the same driver I emailed about a few weeks ago who I saw littering his cigarette butts outside on the sidewalk adjacent to Walnut St. What an inconsiderate, selfish, unsafe driver. I hope a wreck doesn't happen because he's endangering people and can't wait to eat until he's at the station."
