Other: The "Notice of Overdue Citation" paperwork that is sent out directs people to "submit a payment to:" www.bloomington.gov I did not find a box to fill with a "submit" button. That's because that is not the url for submitting a payment. Which is a good thing because that would never make sense to design a website with everything on the homepage. Of course the correct url is: https://bloomington.t2hosted.com/cit/index.aspx If they are going to give a url that is unnecessarily three steps before the actual url, why stop there? Just tell me to submit it to google. Anyway, website and mobile apps folks, thanks for not having a submission field on the homepage, and next time you run into a transportation grandma or grandpa let them know that their notifications are bad, and that they should feel bad.
