Traffic Signals:
Other: The left turn arrow from northbound S. Sare Rd. for vehicles turning left onto Moore's Pike frequently cycles on for more than a minute when there are no cars turning left. It stays green even longer than the opposing left turn arrow for southbound vehicles turning east that actually had cars turning. It backs traffic up on College Mall Road significantly. I've seen this malfunction on multiple occasions.
