Other: Hi, I live just East of Woodlawn, and everyday I notice cars that are parked on 13th and 14th Street that do not have parking permits. Almost everyday there is a car parked on 14th, that is inches from the intersection of 14th and Forrest, which makes it absolutely impossible to see whether there is a car coming. Along 13th, there is always a long line of cars parked that makes it very difficult to see oncoming traffic. It would be one thing if these cars were supposed to be parking here, but they are not. Most of them, I see park here in the morning and walk to class, because they live far away and have realized that you are not enforcing parking permits in this area due to construction. Most, if not all of the construction workers park in an the grass, so all of the other cars are not theirs. I (and everyone who lives around here) would really appreciate it if you could come check it out once in awhile. Thanks!
