Other: I work for the city. we have a man that weres cloths in a way that shows his butt area to be in plain view all the time. he weres no underwer. u see it if he just walks into the room. women employees are complaining. can bosses be reminded that they have to talk to employees when this is going on. hours ignores this. it is gross and we shouldn't have to see it every day. thank you
