Other: I believe that the street markings for the N. Pete Ellis Dr. and E. 10th St. stoplight should be changed. Often, drivers use the "turn right only" lane to go forward through the intersection because a car which intends to turn left has held up traffic. This can create a dangerous situation where cars disregard the street markings in order to get through the intersection in a timely manner. I suggest that the outside most lanes of E. 10th St. be marked as the straight and right turn lanes and the inside lanes become left turn-only lanes. Secondly, because of the amount of pedestrian traffic around Fountain Park (because of the Bus Stop) I suggest that there be Pedestrian crossing buttons installed at the intersection.
