Other: The intersection of E 10th St/SR 45 and Pete Ellis Drive is extremely dangerous for cars, cyclists, and pedestrians The stoplight needs a left turn signal for all four directions of travel, and a push-button activated walk signal. In addition, the two lanes of 10th Street need to be apportioned to a right straight/right turn lane, going both east and west, and a lefthand left turn lane.
