Other: this is at 701 S. Lincoln Street on the corner of Lincoln and Wiley. The bike path sign in front of my house is leaning over the sidewalk again and blocking the side walk. Someone keeps doing this. I would appreciate if it could be secured or removed. There is a large hole in the ground. thank you
