Other: Location of problem: 1331 S Winfield Rd Nearly every evening, multiple cars parked in the yard of this house. The attached photo was taken while there was daylight, later that evening there were nine cars parked in the grass. On 11/12 I was walking my dogs at about 10PM, a car coming down started to turn into the driveway but headed for the lawn instead. I was 15 ft from the drive & was almost hit.
