Other: The Sare Rd north left turn arrow continues to malfunction. I reported this several weeks ago. Last three times thru the intersection I've witnessed the malfunction. The left turn arrow cycles green when there are no cars turning left and stays green for an entire minute, backing southbound traffic up on S. College Mall Rd. In fact, last night there were absolutely no cars in any of the three northbound lanes on Sare and the left turn arrow still cycled on for over a minute. Please advise.
