Other: 2 things: 1) Along Indiana Ave.between E.Kirkwood and alley behind Noodles intersection (@ Indiana), there is poor line of site where the sidewalk next to construction site meets the alleyway. Pedestrians are not visible until motorists or cyclists are directly in front of red fence tarp. 2) Street lights on green poles at same location and inside the red fence tarp have not been working for months. This makes for a very dark walk along red tarp after 5:30 pm
