Other: Overgrown weeds and shrubbery are encroaching on the roadway and bicycle path on south side of East Seventh Street between Roosevelt and Clark Street, forcing east-bound traffic into the middle of the road. With two-way traffic, this forced me too close for comfort near these shrubs. Thank you for looking into this.
