Other: There's a white Ford Ranger that's been parked in front of 313 E 12th from 5 days now without moving. I placed a penny on the left rear tire of the vehicle Friday evening and it is still there. City code provides that vehicles left on the street without moving are consider abandoned after 72 hours. I live in 313 and my fiancée and I would like to park where this truck is, but it's effectively taking up two parking spaces. Thank you.
