I emailed Stephanie Warner and resolved this issue. We are working with the neighbor to come up with a more permanent solution.

Other: I have been trying to contact Matt Swinney (for over a month - last I heard from him was on Novemeber 12) regarding the trash build up of my next door neighbors. I have not heard from him from despite sending 4 emails since his last communication and I have not seen any improvement in the trash build up next door. I would appreciate if someone could ticket the people at 1317 W 6th St and also contact me about who to talk to in the future. I believe the abatement process needs to start again. Their property has had to be abated every year that I have lived next door.
