Other: The railroad underpasses on College and Walnut, the one on College is just south of 14th street is full of graffiti again, not a good message to send to visitors and a downers for residents.

the graffiti in this report is extensive. it is on private property, property owned by the railroad, and some of it is on areas that i would consider to hazardous to be taken care of by city employees.
