The signal can not be synchronized with 2nd & 3rd. Smith has detection for the students to cross walk and the bus station trips the Smith & Walnut signal to allow the buses to exit.

Traffic Signals:
Other: Signal at Smith Ave and Walnut is not synchronized with 2nd & 3rd Sts. You promised that when you put another signal on Walnut for parents dropping off kids at Project School that it would not cause problems with traffic flow and would be synched with rest of Walnut St. But it is NOT. This has been bugging me for several months. I don't often drive north on Walnut in this area, but when I do, this light is NEVER synched. Please fix this for better traffic flow.
