Other: City plow left a barrier of snow and ice at the edge of our driveway and we cannot move it alone. We cannot get out by ourselves by car. In the past 27 years, the city plow used our cul de sac as a turn-around location and NEVER before left snow at the front of our driveway. Help. We're not physically able to move the snow barrier that was left by the plow. We're at the south end of S. Brooks, one block east of the junction of High and Covenanter.
