Sidewalk Snow Removal:
Other: Our land lord is responsible for the snow removal, He claims the city changed the requirement and snow removal is no longer required. This is at 207 S Rogers Street, is this true? If so is the city now liable if someone falls and gets injured? He claims all that they have to do is scrape a foot path somewhere on the property a shovel width.
