Other: There is a road construction sign sitting to the right of the exit from the plaza (3rd and college mall) between German American bank and HuHot Mongolian Restaurant. This sign is obstructing view when using this exit and is not safe for people pulling out onto busy 3rd street. Please move it.

I visited this issue and the only sign that I noticed was a retail available sign. The construction sign may have been removed.
