Ordinance change made changes to on street parking

Other: This is a photo looking south on Dunn from Cottage Grove. I've walked to and from class several days now and there are always cars parked on both sides of the street here. One side of the street (the far side in this photo) has clear No Parking signage. With cars parked on both sides, I don't think fire trucks could make it through here if needed. This appears to be a regular problem area that Parking should check daily if not more frequently.
