Patched opposite side of road to try to alleviate parking concerns in this area. Tree is located on a steep grade and will not be removed.

Other: City street tree blocking on street parking ar 105 North Roosevelt Street. Tree is on south property line of 107 North Roosevelt street. Tenants of 105 have on street parking only and it is not possible in front of the I crouching tree. Please let me know what you will do to take care of the issue. Thank you.
