Other: I am the VP of Peppergrass HOA and want to report that two storm sewer basins which are located in the center of the roads in Pepperchase and Grasstree Ct have sunken sever inches below the road surface and create a significant jolt when a care passes over them. Ther are also about a dozen places on the roads in Peppergrass that could use patching.
