Traffic Signals:
Other: The new stop light on second street at the Sports Complex is causing traffic to back up in both directions at 8 am and 5 pm. If the light were to be flashing during those heavy traffic times, it would be a tremendous help. I work at the IMA building on Landmark Ave. I couldn't even get out of the parking lot for 10 minutes last evening. It took another 10 minutes to get to the stop light. This is not acceptable. Thank you.
