The flooding was due to a heavy rain. The storm drain was not clogged. I called the customer and notified him. Left a voice mail.

Other: Northern lane of Atwater just west of Jordan. Storm drain is blocked and the lane is flooding very badly. Will get a lot worse if we have more rain tonight. Might just be leaves blocking it.
