Other: There is a small sinkhole by this drain on the multi-use path. I reported it to INDOT, but they said it was the city's responsibility and that I should report it to you (the city).

I checked it out and although it is close to an inlet it appears to just be a pavement failure in the asphalt side path. Its a couple hundred feet north of 17th St on the west side of the highway.

inspected the issue, there is a cone next to the hole. Its several hundred feet north of 17th St on the west side of the highway.
