found that the radio connect had failed, adjusted time and offset. system back in proper coordination.

Other: ATS 5 p.m. on March 11th Walnut Street heading Northbound the lights at Kirkwood turn 15 seconds ahead of the lights on 3rd and 4th Street and the lights on 6th and 7th Street . the Kirkwood light is out of sequence by 15 seconds.
