Other: Subsidence Small, still in its beginning stage. Observation; this not your first, second or even the third sewer grate to repaired in this neighborhood. Can I ask the question if it is a Mfg. defect in their storm grate design, or an installation issue. visited the property 3/30 and determined minor repairs are necessary to fix the hole that is forming in the asphalt in front of the inlets. This task has been given to T&D for completion.
