Other: For the past couple weeks I've observed the same Domino's delivery driver driving southbound on Washington at a fairly high rate of speed between 12 and 10th street. I suspect he cuts west through the alley between 9th and 10th to return to the Domino's location. Can something be done to slow this guy down? This is happening in the evening and nighttime hours.
